- PROCESSING TIMES AND FULFILLMENT -

-Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high-volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while
your order is being processed.


-Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be
processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will
start processing on Monday and ship within 1-3
business days.
Once order processing is complete, you will receive
an email with tracking information.

-At NOUVEAU®, our top priority is to provide
you with the best experience possible. We will
make every effort to fulfill your order in its
entirety; however, if any items are not available
we'll only charge for what's in stock and refund
anything else. While it's an exception, rather
then a rule, there may be rare instances where
we have no choice but to decline orders-we
want nothing more than for each purchase from
us to go as smoothly as possible.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

 

-Please know if you place an order after 5 PM CENTRAL TIME, you have 8 hours from when the order was placed to contact our support team to POTENTIALLY cancel the order.

-Orders are being fulfilled at a constant, and sometimes we are unable to catch the order before it ships.

-Please know we are not liable for canceling orders, so if we do not catch the order, you always have the option to request a return when you receive the item.

-Please know we do not have the accessibility to modify orders. This means we can not modify emails, addresses, or items.

 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHY IS THAT?

-There's a chance you might not have received your
order confirmation if you entered your email
address incorrectly.

-It also might be in your junk mail. Please double-check.

-If not, let us know, and we'll send you another order
confirmation.

 

I PLACED AN ORDER, AND IT WAS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED, WHY IS THAT?

-You May have entered some miss information, and our system picked it up as a fraud. Please try to place your order again carefully, and you should be fine.

-You may have filed a chargeback/dispute in the past, which means you are blocked from ever making purchases on our website again.....sorry.

-We may have sold out on the item/items.
